As part of its ¡°Mobile Living Room¡± strategy, Skyworth Digital acquires Skyworth Automobile Electron

Shenzhen Skyworth Digital Technologies Co. LTD., announced today that it had acquired Skyworth Automobile Electronics Company Limited for 20,000 RMB. The acquisition includes a purchase of 86.57% equity from the Skyworth Group, with a value of 17,314 RMB, and a purchase of 13.43% equity from the Skyworth Automobile Electronics Company Limited valued at 20686 RMB. Once the acquisition is completed, Skyworth Digital will own 100% of the shares of Skyworth Automobile Electronics Company Limited. This acquisition is another step towards Skyworth Digital’s strategy to develop its “mobile living room” product and services.
